CreteSeal® Xtreme Bridge System is a three component system to include Bridge Bond, Ultraviolet Protection and Structural Wrap. Engineered for use in bridge applications, CreteSeal® Xtreme Bridge System is VOC-compliant and provides a durable, abrasion-resistant finish. This system’s unique formula enhances surface protection in demanding environments, extending the service life of concrete, decking, and infrastructure.
Component 1: Bridge Bond
Bridge Bond is a flexible, two component epoxy. It is a 100% solids, cycloaliphatic, urethane-modified epoxy coating system. Its epoxy chemistry provides excellent bonding characteristics. It is especially designed to be used for vertical applications such as bridges.
Component 2: Ultraviolet Protection
Ultraviolet Protection is a next-generation, fast-curing polyaspartic engineered for extreme conditions. It offers superior abrasion and chemical resistance, performs in extreme temperatures, and provides a low-odor, non-yellowing finish with rapid turnaround.
Component 3: Structural Wrap
Structural Wrap is a Co-Polymer Uni-Directional Para-Aramid Fiber. Material is field laminated using epoxy to form a uni-directional fiber reinforced polymer used to strengthen structural elements.
